scoping a SAFN-49

Hi, I was wondering what options there are for scope mounts for a safn-49? I would like to scope my rifle someday but do not want to devalue the rifle. Is ther e ascope mount avaliable that can easily be taken on/off without changing the value of the rifle?

I know in my safn-49 book, they list scoped sniper rifles but I would assume the exact mount and scope is harder to find than a virgin on a friday night.

Does your rifle have the inverted dovetail cut in the left side? If so mounts are not that difficult to find...

I believe that S&K or Square B made mounts that replaced the issue sights.

The mounts that replaces the issue sights are not great because your scope will be mounted on the top cover and it's really loose.

Your best bet is to use a mount that fits in the dovetail cut.

Had the B-Square mount, don't waste your money on it. look for the Echo mount with the FN dovetail. Might take a few years but worth it.
