Went into Wholesale sports today and they had a boxing week sale that you could scratch from 10 to 50% off. Looked around and spotted a Lyman 1200 DPS 3 powder dispenser on sale, regular price $474.95 on sale for $237.43.I figured not bad price so I grabbed it and walked up to the till.Holy crap!!! I scratched a 50% off coupon.Wish I had brought that Bennelli Super Nova up to the counter to.All in all a good day, got a powder dispenser for $124.55.

I have the DPS ii , love it.
I keep a small cup of powder & a Lee dipper of about 1/2 the charge I'm using beside it.
As it is dispencing I add to the pan , really speeds up those bigger magnum loads

There is a DPS 111 upgrade kit available for the DPS 11. it speeds things up considerably (different thread pitch inside the feed tube) and changes the hopper tube into a more easily cleaned one.
They work well, I used one for a few years. Always did what it was supposed to do. I found that if you set your charge to .1 less and tap the feed tube to get your charge correct works.
I got a really good deal on a new RCBS chargemaster and sold my DSP 3. I found the DSP faster but the chargemaster throws more consistent.
