Score shells

Lots of these being used in BC and people seem to be satisfied with them. They are cost effective, reliable, clean burning and Canadian, what's not to like? They would be the equal of most target ammo available except the top flight much more expensive stuff like Wincester AA, Federal Gold Medal, Remington STS and N27.

Made in Carberry Manitoba, I've shot several flats of them and I have nothing bad to say about them. Yellow used to be the standard color for 20 gauge shells so it's a bit odd to see yellow used for 12 gauge.
One of the clubs I belong to contacted them a few years ago to see about getting a bulk order and they weren't as competitive with the pricing as Winchester, Challenger and Federal so we didn't get them. Score claims that they use 2.5 % antimony in their target shells so I'd have though they would be price competitive with the other cheaper shells. I haven't seen them for sale at any other clubs around here, just retail outlets.

Have never seen black goose befor .of the others you listed I will take the gun clubs every time . The best of the low end in my opinon . Chaĺlanger my 2nd . As for score I have seen a few boxes of hunting loads at couple retailers .

It is very, very hot. Much hotter then Challenger. If you have a temperamental Autoloader, it will have no trouble with these. I don't recommend using them in a pump or double barrel, they knock you around pretty good.
I always use the Score ammo. Over 20 flats thru now and never a hiccup. My favorite load is their 1 oz. 1100 fps low recoil load for my o/u. The auto gets their 1 1/8 1200fps. They did have a 1300 fps load as well but its currently not on the web site. Great stuff. Tried one flat of the Black Goose, very dirty, lots of unburnt powder residue, but went bang every time.
Our club has been shooting Score shells for 5 years now. In that time we have purchased 15 pallets from them and they have been CHEAPER and WAY EASIER to deal with than Winchester ever was prior to that. When I put an order in I have them delivered to our club in BC usually in 7-8 working days . Tom And Ismail are great guys to deal with and I would highly recommend Score shells to anyone who asks.
Maybe a bit dirty, I mostly shot it through a Franchi Intensity(Inertia Autoloader) so it didn't seem that bad. Try loading some 1oz using 800X if you wanna see dirty. I don't consider any factory shells dirty after loading up some with that powder
