scorpion optics ?

anyone know if a 15-45x spotting scope made by scorpion that is angled is any good? Also, what the value of one would be?

You'd be better off with something like a Celestron Ultima 80

Tape a roll of toilet paper to the receiver to look through, and it will work as good as Scorpion, and it will be useful if you need to go in the field.
