Scout scope mount for Marlin 1895 in Canada

hi-lux got a 2-7x for about 200 some dollar. i have it on my 700 scout build.
if you want to spend more, theres the leupold 2.5x or 2.5-8x28
I think nikon makes a scout scope in 2.5-8 too.

Thanks, but I'm need the mount, already have the scope! Cart before the horse thing!!

I think you need to order from US. Brownells has them and is easy to deal with over phone.

I had to get one drilled and tapped on the barrel on my guide take down. I cant remember if they used a 1895 base or used maybe a Thompson encore. I do not think they make what you are asking for and it might be a drill and tap job. You might be able to get a long base out front and able to make a scout mount scope but this might add a lot of torque on the base screws if not mounted with the right dimensions.(like a truck camper mounted to far back, just the opposite here)
