Just got the Bavarian CZ550, lo and behold there is a nifty black bag with a screw driver slash wrench on one end, yet no mention of its purpose in the manual anyone have one and know what its for?

The screw-driver is for the set trigger. The little key-hole slot in the screwdriver handle is for depresssing the firing pin spring, so the bolt can be totally disasembled.
