Any ideas where I might find a stainless screw for securing a Marlin pistol grip butt stock to tang/receiver. Requires a longer screw than for the straight stock due to curved bottom metal. I posted a WTB on the parts exchange but think it might be awhile waiting on there. Was thinking maybe Western Gun Parts but website says they only supply gunsmiths. Any tips appreciated....Thank you

When did WGP go to "gunsmith only"? I'd heard they can be difficult to order from- you have to have the exact part # as they have no catalogue, and they don't like "single part" orders- I guess that would apply to your tang screw.
I briefly checked Gravel Agency and they only list a "plated" bolt aside from the blued one. (and O/S) But I don't know if they are wholesale/gunsmith only.
Numrich in the US only lists blued, although you might ask them.

BTW which rifle is it for? 336? 1895? (I think the part is the same: Mfr Part: F407277)
