SD40VE trigger upgrade

Does anyone know which Canadian dealer carries trigger kits for the S&W SD40 VE ?

CTCS carries Apex, who makes the trigger upgrades for the S&W SD series. I see a lot of guys throwing their SD9/40 on the EE (like I did) as they couldn't get used to that trigger. Trigger job is a must on this one.

Thank you, I will give them a call. The trigger really does suck on what is otherwise a pretty nice gun for the price.

The money CTCS wants for that trigger is a joke. Others are apparently working on getting the Apex stuff, I'd hold off for now and wait for more reasonable pricing.

They're US$40 from Brownell's. You could always order one there and see what that costs to land...

If you read the reviews on the Enhanced Trigger kit, it takes some fitting to work properly. Just as a warning as it's not for a novice.

The 5.5 lb Trigger Spring Kit is supposed to be a drop in, plug and play upgrade.

If my local store gets them again I will buy them all and send them out at cost to anyone who needs them. They are getting more in some time soon.
