seach function

Is there a particular reason why the search function is set up the way it is?
I can not look up Ruger no 1 nor can I look up CZ shotguns etc and a number of other searches i and others have tried to make..

What is the reasoning behind haveing such an ineffective seach function ?.

i know I am not the only person that feels this way and in all honesty i think it really takes away from the site.

is there any chance that it can be corrected and operate in the same manner as most every other boards seach function ?

This is why the search isn't working the way you are used to.

Try the following:

goto http://www.canadiangunnutz.com/forum/search.php

enter your keywords, and change the "Find Posts from: Your Last Visit" to "Find Posts from: 9 months ago".

I was going to suggest using the search funtion since this was reciently addressed in the trouble shoot and newbie threads....
