Search never ever works for me.

Not once ever has the search function worked for me on this website. It always tells me to try using some different terms. Always. Is it because my post count is so low I'm not allowed yet or do I have to ask for permission like I did for the EE? Thanks!

You have to set the date range, it defaults to a short date range. Set it to 3 years ago, save your settings and that should work.

It does not work for me either - I don't know why. I have tried all the variations that I can think of.

Also note that the Keyword choices are Search Titles Only and Search Entire Posts. The default is Titles.
Same for Username. The choices are Threads Started by User or Latest Posts By User. The default is Started By
