I recently picked up a Sears .22 Rifle Scope and would like to find out more about it. I have tried searching for info here and via the web with no real success. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated!
The scope is in excellent, possibly unused condition, has mounting rings attached and came in the original factory box. The scope is marked: "SEARS 4X PAT'D USA"
The box looks fairly old and has the model marked as 53804. This is the only non generic marking on the box. Inside the box is a piece of cardboard that wraps around the scope to prevent it from bouncing around, a folded sheet of instructions for the scope and a tag with "2-Piece Tip-Off Mount Installation Instructions".
Please share any information you may have on the scope, it's age, history and value. Thanks!
