Sears Heritage Mk IV 270

I have seen one of these rifles on an auction site and suspect it might go for very little money. I believe it to be the FN version and it is in a beautiful tiger striped walnut stock. I know these rifles are just shooters but was wondering whether anyone here has one or has any experience with one. This paricular one has a nice Burris scope on it. Anyone have guess as to what it might be worth?

JC Higgins Model 50 and 51 was FN Belgium action. Model 51L was Husqvarna. Model 52 was Sako. Model 54 Browning. The Heritage appears to be a Santa Barbara, little info available. Only the 50 and 51 had chrome lined High Standard barrel.

Mine is a 50 with a funky two piece trigger.

OK, have done a good bit of research and agree that it is built on a Santa Barbara action and that these actions are inferior to FNs. Have also read that, even so, many of these SB based rifles Shoot very well and that they don't fall apart. What would a 98% Heritage in very nice tiger striped stock that had white line rosewood grip and foreend caps be worth? The stock looks very Weatherby-ish. Opinions as well as actual buy/sell experience are welcome.
