I am going to th range with my new gun and my gunsmith has not reamed my comp 280 rem seater with my 280AI reamer, so I want to load some ammo up with the regular redding 280 rem seater, will there be a problem?

You would be better off using a 7mm mag seater. The shoulder of the 280 AI case will contact the side of the die before going all the way into a standard 280 Rem die.
