Hi guys,

I have cut and pasted from an old link in which I asked about ammomart 35 powder. If anyone can dig up any information on this powder I would love to use it up. Out of the 26 cans of powder I bought in a lot this is the only one I could not find reloading info for. Thanks for any help.

an update on ammomart 35 powder. I recently emailed higginson powders which supercedes ammomart of renfrew. Andrew is great and emailed me the following.

Hello steve,
I have been looking through old Ammomart powder spec. sheets and was unable to find any listing of Ammomart 35.
Please let me know if there are any other markings or stamps on the can and what type of powder is it? (flake or extruded).
Thank you,
Andrew Higginson

I described the powder as a flattened ball or possibly an extruded powder sliced. Don't know that much about powder but it is very fine. The only other markings were made in Scotland by nobel powder co. and 9800 was printed underneath the company name on the side of the can.

Hopefully Andrew Higginson will respond back with some reloading info. On the french side of the label it says nobel poudre a pistolet. Pardon my french but I believe it is saying it is for pistol loads?

I did not get a subsequent reply back from andrew but I know that there was reloading sheets produced that have this powder on it. If anyone can look in their archives I would appreciate it.

Steve.
