I noticed when I assembling it there is a second threaded hole ( factory ) next to the grip screw.. Whats it for?

Oh man, my friend encountered this when he was building his. I remember a bit of swearing and cursing. I just messaged him so hope to hear back, but I’m sure someone here should be able to provide you with an answer faster.

I got the rear take down. I'm talking about the grip screw size threaded hole through and through behind the grip screw. And foward of the buffer retainer.

If I had to guess, and I do, I would think it might be for a screw that could be adjusted to remove play/wiggle between the upper and lower. It's in the right spot to do just that.

Yup, I got one on my Rainier lower. I'm surprised the screw wasn't included in the lower.

Ahh, I believe you can buy a plastic tip hex screw to tension the upper/lower receivers to eliminate rattle.

That makes sense. Thanks..

Yeah I bought a NEA lower guy included a LBE Unlimited LPK. I had a brain fart because wondering what the second roll pin is for. DUH NEA has a built in trigger guard.

I picked up a Tac Innovations lower that had that, and a captive screw for the rear take down pin....kind of neat.
