Just got mine from Questar. I love this sight!
Both eyes open, no batteries, basically zero parallax. very slick.

If you want to use one on an AR15, keep in mind you need a bit of a riser. I bought one of those lilttle 1.5 inch long 0.5 high risers. Brand was Max Tactical, but I figure you could use anything.

I really like it.
