"There is not a smoother bolt out there on a 50 Cal. I've seen many of them. Cadex Defence has a coating on the bolt to promote the smooth bolt manipulation you observe courtesy of @xmtg_. Those two additional #50cal rounds in the @hopticusa quiver aren't going anywhere until you physically remove them. The Cadex Tactical Tremor. The First Bolt 50 designed for SWAT teams!"

I second the comments above, but sadly we must consider the fact that government contracts often bring in a lot more revenue that civvie sales for large companies like Cadex.

Nonetheless, I also can't support selling guns to those who will one day point them at me and tell me to surrender my own... food for thought.

My 2 cents would be yes to military contracts no to RCMP, opp, municipal police. Realistically why would they even make that purchase.

Would be nice to see canadian businesses and importers refusing to accept purchases by the rcmp organization.... full stop.

Oh quit your whining. You all knew what is was and you watched anyway. I bet you still watch American videos of 50 cals.

Looks great Cadex. I still have hope to one day be able to own a 50.

But more about the video, is that suppressed? I would love to him load from the extra round holder way up there, why is it so far forward?

Absolutely suppressed in the video. The quiver does look a bit of a long arm reach though that is true.

I would think it’s because if you pick it up and shoot from a standing position , ur hand would wrap the rounds ?

Was going to say salt in the wounds but someone beat me to it.

Thought about adopting Barrett's policy? If you ban you can't buy.

Barrett will not sell to or service any California or New York government agencies.

Definitely a move I would support.
The turd Reich would not hesitate one second to use equipment paid with our taxes against us.

It would be cool if a Canadian company made a simple single shot .50 Spotter rifle. It should come in under the 10K Joules level and would scratch the 50 cal itch. :)

Hard to say. Probably at about 24 lbs with the suppressor so not too sure how much standing shooting would be done. I see that the quiver is mounted to the pic rail, not sure if that rail is movable closer to the action, but if not that's most likely why it's so far away.
