see what you did...

Yah, think I got the last one. It`s a 1951 ,pretty much like yours ,the laminate stock on mine is really nice ,the wood is a nice dark blonde colour.I have yet to bring it out for a test drive.I think we got lucky on these ,as we got the last two in that shipment.I now have one of each in Birch and laminate stock ,silver bolt.

Beautiful guns are they not.

Indeed my friend.House is paid off ,and aside from the bills......the rest is mine....all mine.I have a "lady friend' who also owns her own house, so the problems are few.The only problem is my RPAL (that is held up, due to the lack of communication with one of my references)...and when that comes up ,more goodies to spend on.
AND yes, they are calling BOTH of my references.

RULE OF SURVIVAL ONE: NEVER, EVER, give the name of your sweetheart or spouse as reference for matters as serious as firearms!!!
As we say in French: "Souvent femme varie, bien fol est qui s'y fie..."
Freestyle translation: "Women are variable by definition; heed that rule or be the fool..."
PP. ;)
P.S.: I love women but one must be aware of our very different kinks. :D

I pumped abit over 3 $grand$ into a back deck onto the house and thought I'd also treat myself to a Russian refurb'd SKS from WeimaJack off the EE.
Dripping sweat and covered in sawdust , I heard the wife speak over the table saw "WHAT DID YOU ORDER THIS TIME !! "...ooops , I somehow neglected to tell her of the purchase.
She was standing with the package ( which came quicker than I expected ) and she had "that look".
...:runaway:
Then she said , " Can I shoot this one ? "
"Well , hell ya honey... it's not like the others "
"Okay then , I'll put it in your gunroom"
Whew !!!...I grabbed a beer....

Building a deck sure buys a lot of "rifle" points.

my wife got a 1938 Mossberg .22 for our anniversary...for MY birthday, she took me into four gun stores and told me
"buy whatever ONE you want".....

I ended up getting HER an 870 Compact.

Everytime those envelopes with the green papers come in...she does not open them, she just says:
"What did You buy now?"

Yes, but You should see how many points you get for buying her new kitchen cabinets

I'm about to find out...I just ripped out the new kitchen, put in a new subfloor, new walls, repainted the ceiling, and cabinets are here...will install this weekend...

I've got my eyes on the CZ858 and the Norc M4...

All you need is a wife like mine that believes none of us have any need for more than one gun.

just like you only need ONE club for GOLF?- you need at least 3- shotgun, 22, and light rifle- being in the neighbourhood of 30 cal

i recently put down a 120 square meters of concrete patio and driveway extensions around my house. earned enough points to get a new Saiga12 and AK in .223 .. and then what happens..

we split up .. so i dont have a camera to take pics to tease all you Canucks :p

but im out of Shawshank now.. more toys! and no disapproving looks

I have 2 as well. One beautiful unrefurbed '54 Tula from Frontier and a refurb ' Lammy 50 Tula from Lever. These rifles are too cheap NOT to buy more than one!!!!
