Don't know if this is the right forum, however,
I had an electronic file with data logbook pages made up by fellow shooters on the net. they were on a 8 1/2 x 11 page with two charts on them so that you could put cut the page and put them in a small hem in binder.
I know there are plenty of commercial one available, however, I am quite frugal, some may say cheap.
