Seeking Gun Smith to Bore 50 cal to 20 guage

I have a 50 cal side lock I want it converted into a 20 guage smooth bore and would like to find someone who can do the job on Vancouver island or in BC.

You're not going to find anyone willing to that for any reasonable amount of money. Buy yourself a new 20ga and you'll be miles ahead.
