Seeking low cost extension base for Sav. Mark II

My Mark II is set up right now with a set of weaver medium rings and a bushnell banner 4-12 Scope.
If only my scope could come back a half inch i wouldnt have to move my head when i put the rifle to my shoulder.

I know the EGW mount is out there $50 shipped, weaver extension rings $40 shipped

But does anyone know of a weaver type extension base that works for like $10?

Yes i have googled but have not been able to find a weaver extension base that works.

Have a look for scope bases/mounts on amazon.ca, I have bought risers and such for less than $10 on there.
