Nutnfancy the 1337 reviewer of all things tactical goes pretty in-depth on how these things suck. Might not be the exact same model but most of these operate on the same principle. It's a lot better to just spend the money on ammo and learn to "take the recoil" instead of buying snake oil products.

ATI stuff in general seems to be at the lower end of the quality scale. No experience with the stock you are talking about but am not impressed with their other stuff

"...at the lower end..." That's why their stuff is relatively inexpensive. You get what you pay for.
The best recoil reduction 'thingy' I've ever played with was Magnaporting. Not cheap though. And not done in Canada anymore.

ATI = Junk.

First hand knowledge. Don't bother.

Go with Mesa, Magpul, or Hogue. Even Knoxx.

I put the ATI Talon Tactical Shotgun Stock on my 870 and love it. It's a huge leap in quality from previous generations.
The grip is soft and fits my hand like a glove. The adjustable stock is great and allows both my self and wife to have the optimum length of pull.
I paid $120 at Wanstalls and would gladly do it again. I've put thousands of rounds on it and it's still as good as the day I bought it.

My 115lbs wife and myself (220lbs) have no problem with the recoil of the shotgun in target loads. Learn to manage recoil and forget about so called recoil reducing stocks.
