EDIT :

Anyone know a good place to buy Seekins precision rings in Canada ?

CTC have some but they don't have Medium and that's the one I need.

They told me they don't know when they will restock
The thing is, my shooting season is about to begin...

I'm looking to try a quality set of 30mm scope rings for one of my benchrest centerfire rifle (.308w ).

I'm a big fan of the Nightforce Ultralight rings but this time I want to try something different.

Anyone tried a set of those Seekins precision rings ?
The seems well made and price is not too bad.
They look similar to Vortex rings...

Is it a good choice ?

Thx guys for the replies.

I should have said on what I plan to use them...

Tikka 595 Master Sporter, NEAR 25 MOA base and topped by a little Leupold VX3 6.5-20X50 with 30mm tube.
I will receive the rail this week, I need them to measure exactly the height needed for the rings.
Its my third Master Sporter and from my personnal experience, I should need Low or Super-Low rings.

I had a EGW 20 MOA rail on there and I decided to remove it because its too high for my taste.
The NEAR is a far better rail and its lower.

NEAR rings are also very interesting.
They are a little pricey but I'm sure they worth every penny.

Very satisfied with both my A.R.M.S and Badger rings, top shelf stuff... JP.

I already had a set of Badger rings. They were very well made but weight a *ton*.
Its not that weight is an issue but I don't like when its heavy on top when I use a steady rest ( which I plan to try this summer ).

A.R.M.S seems well built but it don't go with the look of my rifle.

Thx JP !

For $100 it's pretty hard to beat TPS rings....

That's another interesting option, thx !

They look like they spent too much time at the smorgasbord line.
After this winter so do I.

:p

Alberta tactial makes a good set of rings and they are made in Canada which is always good!

This x2....

I've not owned a SPUHR, but I have a NEAR mount and ATRS rings. The ATRS are just as sound.....plus, Rick and his crew are so self-critical and hard-assed that I know anything that I wouldn't find acceptable they'd have punted years ago.....

Thanks for all the options but I will try one pair of those Seekins rings.

A dealer in Canada should receive an order by the end of the month.
