Seekins style AR

I am looking to create a style similar to this Seekins model: http://www.seekinsprecision.com/parts-and-accessories/modern-sporting-rifles/sprov3-config.html

I just like the look with the handguard covering some of the suppressor. I want to build a similar look witihin the Canadian guidelines (obvs no real suppressor). Any ideas (yes I am new to custom ARs)? Thanks guys!

Buy the seekins rail, buy a seekins upper and lower, um profit? seriously, I hate to be "that guy" but I guess I don't understand your question, or what you want to know.

Just build it with a fake can if that's what you want.

Or, something like a Noveske KX-5 will fit under some rails and give a similar look.

If you get a 9" rail a 7.5 barrel will tuck a kx3/kx5 nicely.
10.5 barrel and 12" rail will yield typical results.

There's a 9" Seekins rail just like that one floating around the EE right now
