I have decided to keep the original chrome lined barrels on a few of my Polytechs.
Today I replaced a ChiCom fake flash hiders with one of SEI's Vortex flash hiders.
I don't need a bayonet lug and it allows me to use the metric castle nut.
So far so good ~ all I need now is a USGI NM front sight.
I don't know if you can get these north of the border - I hope you can
