Yes a hard decision.
How I started to look at it is: do save the resale value for someone else to enjoy?
OR
Do I enjoy the item myself? I saved up and bought it, why baby it for someone else only to make a couple hundred dollars on inflation at resale.
Fudge it, I'm enjoying it, I'd be shooting that IMI, if it got a little wet or couple extra scratches that's part of ownership.

I've found a use for my Henry so I'm keeping both.

In Mares Leg configuration it easily fits in my boats dry bag so on remote lakes, shore lunches or camping (where legal of course) I have the little Henry for company. It's a very small boat so it needs a small rifle.

Congratulations! You, sir, have begun to master the art of Rationalization. This simple talent will allow you to buy or own virtually anything...guilt-free! It's essential for the maximum enjoyment of firearms. :)

Get rid of door number one and keep two and three.

Finally...an answer in English! :) And yet you still manage to make it incomprehensible; the original question had only two doors...?

Absolutely! "Pride of ownership" is quickly cancelled out by "silliness due to lack of use".

Honestly, we get so goofy about this stuff sometimes.

"Look at my wonderful rifle! It can do everything...but it's so rare/expensive/collectable/fragile/pretty that I don't actually use it for anything..."
