Sell whole or take it apart?

I am not sure what to do with this thing. It came in a collection I wanted. It is a Sako action (a6 maybe?) in a bench style wood w/ wide flat forearm, a very heavy barrell in 308 Norma Mag. Barrell marked E Epps 69. The rifle in in excellent shape & looks hardly fired. This is way outside of my knowledge so thanks to those few that might know. PS any idea on value as whole or parts.
