Sellier & bellot canadian match ? any thoughts on this?

i just started shooting 22lr, and i shot cci/aguilars mainly and they all come out super dirty after 100+ rounds.

someon said the S&B canadian match is good? anyone try them?

I've used it. It's fine in my opinion. As far as clean or dirty...22lr is a "dirty" caliber.

Non jacketed ammo will foul the barrel way faster, and if you have a semi auto, it operates by blowback which will also foul up the action faster than if you have a bolt action in my experience.

I use it as my practice ammo. It's fine. About similar to cci sv. Cleaner than tac22 and more consistent in my opinion

Interesting. On paper it’s similar to cci sv I tried it cause of this. POI was way different
I didn’t find it as accurate as cci sv so stuck with cci

I was surprised by the accuracy vs price, they out shot many more expensive brands in cz452. There is much better ammo available but at $7 a box it's the best for gophers and plinking.

Same for me. Did not shoot all that well.

I tried them in several rifles. CCI Blazer ammo was 100% more accurate and reliable in most of my 22 LR guns.

It won't win you a trophy but its a cheap way to put a smile on the grandkids face for an afternoon.

They're just happy to hit the 4" spinner.

The guns always get a quick cleaning after a backyard marathon blast fest, so being dirty isn't a big deal.

Its amazing how much ammo a kid can put through a Cricket in an afternoon.

It's pretty good. I would put it equal to CCI SV and Norma Tac 22, and they are all priced close to each other.
