How I can sell ammo for collection (individual cartridge) in the mail, I know I can't use Canada Post for shipping and what about the PAL (you need PAL to buy ammo in store)?
Technically, buying any ammo requires a PAL. Don't recall seeing an exemption for cartridge collectors in the FA. Mind you, cartridge collectors are sort of below the radar.
