Selling stuff on CGN

Hey, just a quick question.

What is the best way to do a money/item transfer? I am selling something to a fellow member and want to do it the safest way for both parties. I have no EMT set up, but I have recieved email money transfers for other stuff in the past. Is that the best way to go about it?

emt is king, seeing as how you have 0 trader rating, you may have to ship item you are selling before you recieve payment, or make a few purchases first. which is what i did

I like money orders, but only cause my bank doesn't do EMT.

Agree. EMT is the best way to go. it is instant and safe.

getting set up for it is as easy as getting setup with an online account with your bank which if you can't figure out yourself a willing customer service agent on the phone can easily walk you through.

unless you aren't with any of the major banks then no one on here who wants to use the EE has any excuse not to use EMT

But if you have a joint bank account with someone you may not wont them knowing how much some thing was.
I also find it way to easy to spend too much cash online.
So when I go to buy that $1000 thing I will go to the bank and then the post office to send a MO its a pain in the butt, but I must cover my tracks up sometimes.

On the other hand my bank is 15 miles away, but the PO is 2-3 miles, MO's are so easy for oldtimers No I don't bank on-line either!
