semi auto bar s

The civilian hunting rifle in the above link...has been around along time...always been non restricted...this is a very common rifle...

Well the Ohio ordinance semi is down in the FRT as a non restricted.

I just took a look at the prohib list and didn't see the BAR anywhere......I guess a new manufactured semi would be good to go.
I don't know what gun I was thinking about.......:confused:
 
Yep, I am refering to the B.A.R. that was originally made for the US army in 30-06 calibre . It was a full auto rifle that used 20 rd mags. There is currently a company in the US that makes a semi auto only version . I was told that it has a new receiver making it unable to use GI parts to fire full auto.

Would be a nice toy to have providing that the price is right along with the classification.
