What are my options for one? I see saiga makes them down in the states but i think saiga is phrohibted here by name. What else is there is can look at?

Can't think of any other than Sagia's. Sorry. I have seen in some magazines that they make .410 AR Uppers. But then you can't legally use it for hunting.
