Semi-auto shotgun with pistol grip stock options?

My Dad has arthritis in his fingers and as a result can no longer hold a regular stock shotgun and get his trigger finger in the trigger guard to pull the trigger. Due to the different ergonomic shape of a pistol grip stock, he has no problem. So, I am looking to get him a shotgun with a pistol grip but it must be a semi-auto as he has similar problems with his other hand so using a pump is not an option. All the shotguns that I have seen with pistol grips are pumps. Can someone help point me in the direction of a semi with a pistol grip?

Much appreciated.

I have an mpa, love it so far. After about two boxes of 2 5/8" slugs it was cycling target loads no problem.

Benelli M4 is one sweet shotgun, I prefer the solid stock over the collapsible one, but that's just a personal choice. Only had problems with the cheap Winchester shells, but it seems to eat anything else I feed it. It works real nice with slugs, and he'll love the sites.

Mossberg 930 SPX
Or just the SPX buttstock on a regular 930 , without all the other tactical bits

This ^. I'm a big fan of the Choate PG stock that comes on the 930, even put one on my 590A1 pump.

Well the only issues would be most of the shotguns would be tactical orientated. If he wants a wood stock one might want to look at Rem 1187/1100 with a thumb hole stock. Might have to purchase separately.

Any standard Remington, Mossberg or Benelli will have aftermarket pistol grip stock options that can be installed. Even on a wood stocked field gun.
The ultimate would be a Versamx with a Mesa Tactical Urbino pistol grip stock installed.
A more budget conscious option would be the Hatsan MPA or TS. Great guns.

It depends on what the OP's father wants to do with the gun. If he didn't want a tactical-style he could buy an aftermarket pistol grip stock for a semi-auto he already has.
