Semi Auto & Stock question

So I spotted this gun which just looks "right" in my opinion but unfortunately its a pump and I already have a pump, so does anyone know if there is a semi auto out there that looks anything like this?

Also what is the buttstock on this gun? Is it possible to source one of these and fit it to another semi auto if I find one I like with a different stock?
