Ok, here is a question on legality. I have a Hatsan Escort MPA semi auto 12 gauge. Its a Magnum which means 3 inch shells. It only holds 3 of these magnums in the magazine tube. But it does hold 4 standard 2 3/4 shells. I'm told that it can legally hold up to 5 magnums in the tube and still be legal here. So if I put on a 2 shell extension on the tube, am I still legal? Of course then it will hold 6 or 7 2 3/4 inch shells. Some say yes and some say no. What say you?????
