When sending any firearms to Ellwood Epps for service or repair, or for sale or trade, please note that we must have ALL of the following information included with the gun(s).
Without this information, we are not able to take these firearms into our store.
If you wish to sell or trade this firearm, we require the following information:
* your full name
* your address with postal code
* your telephone number with area code
* your PAL license number with expiry date
* the Registration Certificate for the firearm(s) in question
* your place (city) of birth [for Internet transfer]
We also require a letter detailing what is to be done with the firearm(s) in question.
If you have had negotiations with any of our staff via E-mail, please include a copy of the E-mail, detailing your requests or any alternate arrangements (ie: pricing, trade values, etc).
If you have had negotiations by telephone, please include a detailed letter outlining your requests or any alternate arrangemetns (ie: pricing, trade values, etc).
