Sending my PAL everytime?

I've sent you a message using your "online contact page" and have not heard back from you so we'll try this forum. I tried calling but was sent to a machine. Here's my question:

When ordering ammo from you, do I need to send you a pic of my PAL everytime? This isn't a problem. I purchased 500 rounds of .223 (American Eagle I believe) on October 10th and on your sight it still says "Pending". Could you help me out? It says you have 5 units in stock.

Just the one time. You'll notice the AE223 shows at the top of the description that it is pre-order as it sold out in a few hours. More will be here mid next week.
