This file shows us that Ordnance wanted Senior Rifle Club to help teach civilians how to shoot and HIT THE TARGET !! Remember, Ordnance is fighting for ever dollar for the M1 Garand Rifle yet they spend important funds on a MUCH MORE IMPORTANT PROGRAM.
