serial number on the barrel (russian izzy)

Just got another sks russian this time. Do you have serial number on the barrel? My chinesse dosen't have it . Before I got it (lebaron in mississauga) I checked it matched. When I clean it I saw a number on the barrel it dosen't matched. I have a book "the sks carbine" by steve kehaya and joe poyer. Doesn't say anything about serial number on the barrel. Any input would be appreciated. Pictures will follow. Sorry for my english is second language.

Many European Countries serial number the barrel as the restricted part. Completely different from North America where the receiver is the restricted part. Gevarms that I imported directly from france have the serial number on the barrel.
