it was on the auction today, and people tend to overpay at auction in general, but this is wayyyy over the top.
The rifle might be worth $1200.00, but the bidder paid well over $3000.00 including auction fees and taxes.
 
That SA marked shoulder stock for a Inglis BHP shocked me nearly as much as the K31.

A $600 hammer price means my cost with buyer fees and tax ( 15% HST in NB) would have been $793.50 plus shipping!

I thought the ones for 500 were pricey.
