Service for old scopes?

I am looking at a rifle with a Wetzlar ( German) fixed power scope on it. The scope internals are loose, reticle jumps when dry firing. It is a rail/claw mount scope, not simple to change for a new one. Can anyone recommend a repair service in Canada?

My understanding is that Trace only does old Weavers? not true??
