This is customer service that you don't get everyday!!

I sent an email to the Swift Bullet Company last night asking a simple question regarding some reloading data. This morning as I was getting ready to head out, I get a phone call from the President of the Swift Bullet Company to answer my question, then thanking me for using their products!

WOW, not many people go out of their way like that to answer your questions

You will find that most big U.S. Companies are very customer orientated, to bad dealing with Canada has become a hassle for them, and some companies P.R. reflects that.
