Service rifles at the Annual ORA matches

Does anyone know if we can again shoot service rifle at one or more of the annual ORA matches, held from 11-13 August at CFB Borden? If so, what are the rules, the date(s) and firing distances?

I would like to attend a service rifle shoot to see what it's all about and perhaps get involved next year.
Is there a schedule for upcoming events in Ontario?
Are spectators welcome?
