On a related note, does anybody have a pdf of US Army FM 23-71, Rifle Marksmanship? I have been unable to find that one and would like it as a complement to my Garand manual.

I will take a look and see. All of the Army manuals I have downloaded have been worthwhile, they do an excellent job of covering the material from what I have seen.
