SFRC AR-15 "Blem" Lowers $64.95

Does anyone know of a cheap way or place to get the lower refinished if it's real rough? I'm considering ordering one for my girlfriend to do a build for her but i would want it cleaned up.

Paint it in her favorite colour. I did a lower up in pink for my daughter's 11th birthday.
