I actually just recieved my rail in the mail today!I purchased this same rifle and it was advertised as "picatinny rail included" but when I opened the box, no rail. I called Bullseye and one sales guy said that this rifle didn't come with one because it has a top ejector, and that I would need to have to modify it. He's wrong because i found the video for O'Dell and it clearly stated that the Jurassic comes with rail. I called Bullseye and send video, and manager sent work order for missing part. I just got courier notice that I will be receiving a package soon. Here is the video link:
Same here ! I’d really like to know if there are upgrade for the Jurassic in 357 (ex will accommodate Henry big boy x parts) and what about the loop, can we swap it out for large loop ? If so, what one ?Sooo many questions...
What's the warranty?
Is there a lever saftey?
How smooth is the action?
What's the trigger like?
Will it feed 38 special? (I know the chamber will fire them, but will they feed)
Isn't the Wrangler Jurassic, like the Rossi 92, just another spin off of the Winchester 1892?Another Rossi's 92 spin off.." renamed" I'm guessing, love my 92 Rossi, with the safety on top...only use the top safety to unload...great idea!
That's what I was thinking..where are they made?..maybe the same factory as a Rossi? I've had my Rossi 92, in 357mag/ 38 for a while now. Works great , good and light ( very light) hunting carry rifle. Mine has the 16 inch barrel, shoots a 3 inch ..or better off hand. Probably better, with a shooter, with better eyes...mine has the top safety..that no one likes...well I like it for unloading, if you can't get them out the gate..Isn't the Wrangler Jurassic, like the Rossi 92, just another spin off of the Winchester 1892?
The Rossi's and the Levtac Citadels are made in Brazil. I believe these Canuck levers are made in Turkey. That's what I was thinking..where are they made?..maybe the same factory as a Rossi? Well built little rifle, for a good price. Hopefully they are the same.
I wish I had read this prior to purchasing. O’Dell stated at TACCOM that rails were included with every model. No rail in my box so I am going to sell it. See ya.
Will do. I shall update my post once resolved.O'Dell has assured us that you can contact them through their warranty site and they will take care of you.
O'Dell has advised us that they responded to your provided e-mail address on February 10th. They sent a screen shot of it and it's quite possible the rail is already on its way. We can post it, if you would like, to verify, but based on your handle here and the name in the e-mail, it's safe to assume that it's you. We'd rather you check your e-mail to see the response yourself, including your spam folder. Stuff happens, sometimes.O'Dell has not responded to my Warranty submission made on their website 6 Feb 2025. There is no email listed to contact them on their website. The following cell phone number they have listed is Not Assigned: 519-654-9600
Pls explain to me how a company in 2025 expects to remain competitive with this deplorable level of service. So pathetic it is almost comical.
Found the email in my spam...from an individual as opposed to the company name. Thanks for the help.O'Dell has advised us that they responded to your provided e-mail address on February 10th.
