SFRC Noname red dot?

I am looking for a budget red dot for my .22

Has anyone used one of these?

Can anyone report on quality? Battery type? Will the high mount co-witness with AR15 sights?

I'll let everyone else comment on them but I can say I've never had one come back that I am aware of. High cowitnesses with an AR.
