my recent purchase invloved phone and p.m. and having a specific questions answered. Spot on, all round from Ryan and the gal i chatted with on the phone. had my puchase within days.
 
All my dealings with SFRC have been oustanding. Orders are always filled and shipped quickly (sometimes I get them the same week).

Even during Shot Show last week when they were short staffed I had two orders filled. On one of them (my new Norinco M93 - love it) there was a paperwork problem and when I sent them an e-mail to determine whether the error was mine, theirs or the CFO they answered within 2 hours and the issue got sorted out.

I can't tsay the same for one of their competitors who I placed an order with on 11 Jan 13 and still don't know if it is going to be filled.
