my question is more in regards to a canadian version that is not FA. ie a green special version of this.

Have to get SA to design and make a new reciever for us. Then the RCMP will have to analyze it to classify it. In another 5 to 6 years you might get lucky.

I think Swiss Arms could make a CQB with the 13-ish inch barrel and in another caliber based on the same CQB we already have, but MD Charlton would likely need to get a certain number or orders for Swiss Arms to make a batch on the Classic Green Canadian receivers.

A 7.62x39 longer barrel SAN would be pretty cool because the cost of the surplus ammo, although i'd feel kinda crappy firing that ammo through that gun!

Don't need to run surplus as newly manu non corrosive ammo is good.

I'd love to add another to my safe, but even if Swiss Arms built a Canada compliant model it's all but certain that the Queen's Cowboys would drag out the review process for years out of spite regardless of C-42.
