Just finished day 2 and I must say I have already got more out of this course than I expected!

That El Presidente got on my nerves at the end of the day today but I beat it's a$$.

I highly recommend this course for anyone even if you aren't interested in shooting IPSC.

Day three tomorrow I need some rest.

I had 4 seconds to spare and I shoot the same with my .45 as I do with my 9mm. 9mm is just cheaper for the course. Not saying it's easy though because it not!

Course was amazing and what a great bunch of guys!

We got to shoot a three stage IPSC match after it was over. I have never seen anyone in person shoot like Kent Hill! Only time I have seen accuracy and speed similar to that is on Shooting USA. At one point it sounded like his gun was in full auto but somehow it was only putting two rounds in every A zone and nowhere else? I guess this is why he reached Grandmaster. He wasn't shooting with a fancy open gun either. I always pictured IPSC with people shooting unrealistic weird looking guns. Kent was just using a nice CZ. I can just shoot against people using regular production class guns which is what I am interested in.

I must admit being an IDPA guy that I now have two shooting sports that I love. I just need to wire my brain to remember the different rules depending on what I am shooting.

As far as IPSC picking Kent for the Black Badge Coordinator, they did a great job. Not only is he a great instructor. He wouldn't let anything slide and kept putting people through that dreaded El Presidente until they did it right. We didn't get out of there until after 6pm today! I am sure everyone who took this course will be very safe shooters.
